Luvuno Shipping Policy
At Luvuno, we are committed to delivering your African traditional apparel to you in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery of products purchased from our store.
1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping services to both domestic (South Africa) and international locations (eSwatini, Mozambique and Lesotho). Please note that shipping rates and times will vary depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Fees
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees for deliveries within South Africa are set at a rate of R120, unless it is changed.
- International Shipping: For orders outside of South Africa, international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- In case of any delays due to high order volumes or other unforeseen factors, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Deliveries (South Africa): 5-12 business days.
- International Deliveries: 8-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and link to track your order in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts to the shipping address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-shipping the order.
7. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If your order is unclaimed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees or other charges. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of order.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Luvuno is not liable for any packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you believe your package has been lost or arrived damaged, please contact us at support within days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Luvuno is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
